welcomes a truly outstanding speaker!

Dr. Elsa A. Murano is President Emerita of Texas A&M University and a Former Undersecretary for Food Safety at the United States Department of Agriculture. She currently serves as Director of the Norman E. Borlaug Institute for International Agriculture and Development at Texas A&M, and as a Professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology. Dr. Murano is nationally recognized for her work at A&M, and the University’s contribution to food safety, education, nutrition, enhancement of livelihoods, and well-being of communities worldwide!

The presentation starts at 12:00 noon
