Muster Address by Mr. Jonathan Lusk ’04

We are proud to welcome Mr. Jonathan Lusk as this year’s Muster speaker. A former A&M Cadet, Jonathan was a member of Parson’s Mounted Calvery and served as A&M Yell Leader during his junior and senior years. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Development from A&M in 2004.

After graduation he joined the workforce, married his college sweetheart, and started a family. He completed his MBA at Rice, worked for AT&T and Goldman Sachs, and later launched his own finance company.

Jonathan grew up in Whitesboro, Texas on a fish farm where he developed a love for the outdoors. More recently, Jonathan co-founded BirdDog (www.birddogit.com) which is an online marketplace that connects landowners with hunters. BirdDog is an innovative platform that provides a way for these landowners to create an additional income stream, while offering hunting enthusiasts unique and exciting outdoors experiences.

Jonathan now resides in Washington, Texas with his wife Katherine ‘07, and children Jackson, Sam, and Charlotte. The entire family enjoys fishing, hunting, and being outdoors. Jonathan loves relationships and finds great joy through the friendships he makes dealing with hunters and the outdoors.

A gifted speaker, Jonathan will talk about his love for Texas A&M University, Aggie Muster and other traditions, as well as how being a Texas Aggie has shaped his life. We hope to have a full crowd as Jonathan helps us celebrate the greatest of all Aggie traditions, Muster!
